From its foundation, Goddard Technology has been a digital imaging market leader.
Goddard Technology Corporation’s original partners established the company in Atlanta, Georgia with a vision of developing and delivering a secure imaging system to credential personnel and create access permissions for organizations requiring protection of proprietary or nationally sensitive information. Soon after, Goddard Technology relocated its operational headquarters to Greenville, South Carolina and reorganized with a new team of software programming engineers, technical specialists, and support personnel who developed the company’s WinBadge® product line.
In August of 2000, in an effort to provide enhanced product offerings, service, and support, Goddard Technology Corporation merged with Imaging Technology Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts and San Diego, California-based ImageWare Systems, Inc.
Less than three years later, in June of 2003, Bill Donohue and Fred Lassiter, former managing directors of ImageWare's Greenville operation, repurchased the corporation they founded in 1986 to reestablish Goddard Technology and build upon the company’s original mission and vision to the imaging and credentialing industry.
Today, Goddard Technology Corporation is a privately-held software company specializing in digital imaging solutions and database management. Headquartered in Greer, South Carolina, Goddard utilizes its imaging technology to develop software that generates smart and secure photo identification solutions for vertical industry segments.
Goddard’s goal? Provide its client partners with premier service offerings, and continue advancing the most innovative technical solutions in software applications.
