Data Conversion Services

Goddard Technology provides custom data conversion services that allow our client partners the ability to use data that has been previously collected. However, before we convert a single byte of data, we thoroughly examine our client partner’s needs, starting with an analysis of the detail business processes, data requirements and related challenges. We then examine the trade-offs necessary to create the data model that best supports the content requirements.

Ultimately, the quality of a database relies on the quality of the data that is recorded in it. A well designed database follows specific conventions, either specific to the database or following more widely agreed upon design standards. Our data conversion services utilize standard data and normalization standards that allow administrators to easily discern relationships between tables and manage these complex relationships when working with the database. Service Bureau – High-Volume Badge Printing

Goddard Technology provides service bureau services that are designed to assist our client partners when they need us the most. As security concerns increase throughout our nation, our client partners often face the overwhelming task of re-badging thousands of cardholders in a short time span. We have a history of assisting our client partners in this regard, not only with physical printing the cards but also by providing additional services such as:

• Advanced sorting of cards by any data field(s)
• Card layout design
• Card encoding (magnetic stripe and/or smart card)
• Card lamination
• Card slot punching
• Creation and printing of mailing labels for each corresponding card
• Personalized card mailers – printed cards and address label will be attached to a custom mailer
• Personalized card and letter - printed cards and personalized letter with address envelope
• Reporting options are available that allow clients to track signatures of distributed and recovered card
